Join us Regulatory Reporting Manager
- You’ll deliver the Prudential Regulatory reporting for our RBSI Luxembourg branch and depository subsidiary

**What you’ll do**:
You’ll be responsible for the financial, prudential, liquidity and statistical reporting to the competent authorities. You’ll support with Risk Weighted Assets (RWA) Capital reporting, and other regulatory reporting analysis and you’ll ensure compliance to regulatory data validation checks across various regulatory returns.

Working collaboratively across change, technology, business finance, and risk teams, you’ll support various regulatory change projects and ensure processes and outputs are updated to reflect required changes to reporting deliverables. You’ll also drive the cross-validation design framework and deliver high quality regulatory reporting MI and analysis on a timely and accurate basis, ensuring it meets customers’ needs.

As well as this, you’ll:

- Review MI packs including business commentary for authorised managers’ committee meetings
- Build a strong culture of continuous improvement within the team

**The skills you’ll need**:
We’re looking for someone with a finance qualification and significant post-qualification reporting experience in financial services. You’ll have expert knowledge of Excel and you’ll ideally have an awareness of OneSumX reporting.

Furthermore, you’ll demonstrate:

- Strong knowledge of Basel II, Basel III, and CoRep frameworks
- The ability to understand and identify key issues from both summary and detailed data
- The ability to understand and implement changes and communicate these to various stakeholders
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience of working in a globally distributed team in a leading bank
- Good knowledge on lending business products
- Good level of English and French
