We are currently looking for an **IT Operational Security Expert **to join our Team and represent Sopra Steria to one of our clients in banking sector.

**Team Overview**: The IT Operational Security team consists of cybersecurity experts who use their skills and knowledge to fulfill four main missions:

- Identify security deviations as early as possible in projects or installations.
- Protect the information system.
- Maintain our detection system to identify potential data leaks and ensure that information/files received from external sources are safe.
- Respond to detected security incidents.

**Responsibilities**: You will be involved in these four main pillars and will have the following specific areas of intervention and responsibilities:
**1. IDENTIFY**
- Asset Management: Implement controls with teams to ensure that “Cyber” configuration standards (Hardening) are in place across all servers.

**2. PROTECT**
- Vulnerability Management: Conduct vulnerability and compliance scans, present detected vulnerabilities and non-compliances, and follow up on their remediation with teams. Produce monthly reports to track activity.

**3. DETECT**

**Your profile**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT operational security.
- Vulnerabilities/Non-compliance: Experience with Qualys - Vulnerability Management, Qualys - Compliance Check, Qualys - WAS, Qualys - SelfAssessment, Tanium - Comply.
- Cybersecurity Monitoring: Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST and CIS.
- Execution Environment: Proficiency in Linux and Windows.
- Tools: Proficiency with MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), ServiceNow, etc.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) and in French (written and spoken).
- Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
