As a core member of our Fund Accounting team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

**Your Role**
- You will maintain and oversee relationships with various stakeholders around the world
- You will ensure compliance of activities with Luxembourg regulations and approvals, internal procedures etc.
- You will review (Private Equity) fund clients' limited partnership agreements, PPMs, and other materials
- You will review implementation of fund structures on accounting system
- You will prepare and review periodic regulatory filings
- You will coordinate with Onboarding team, Tax group, Investor Relations group, Financial Statement group, and other groups at Citco
- You will prepare and review ad hoc reports and client requests as needed
- You will lead Service Review Calls with Outsource Service Providers
- You will review performance of Outsource Service Providers based on KRIs and KPIs
- You will review the NAV packs including - Management Fee & Waterfall calculations - Partner Allocation calculations - Trial balances
- You will manage and monitor the timing and quality of deliverables (SLAs)
- You will be reporting into the Oversight Manager
- You will act as liaison to various internal/external parties e.g. auditors and regulatory bodies
- You will assist in the gatekeeper function for all regulatory reporting requirements for clients.
- You will interact directly with senior management and clients with appropriate escalation
- You will engage in local and global group projects and provide technical accounting/industry knowledge to internal and external clients
- You will train and support team members in their development

**About You**
- You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Fund Administration or Audit
- You are degree qualified in Accounting or Finance related area and /or studying for a professional accounting qualification
- You display an active interest in the financial markets and the Alternative Investment industry
- You have experience in preparing and reviewing general ledgers and financial statements
- Your consolidation knowledge is an asset
- You have previous experience/exposure to Private Equity/Real Estate funds, a distinct advantage
- You have prior experience/exposure to the Luxembourg Regulatory environment and/or oversight is a plus
- You have project management skills, with attention to detail and a proven ability to multi-task
- You have knowledge of International-/Lux GAAP/IFRS Accounting Principles.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills
- You are proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel etc)
