Accounting Manager FraBeNeLux

Accounting Manager is a key role supporting the FraBeNeLux region. This role has primary responsibility for preparation and support of various aspects of the monthly close process, responsible for preparing statutory accounts, managing audits, support for tax provision and tax filling, following global accounting policies and other ad-hoc projects for the region. 

This role faces several key customers as part of both daily responsibilities and as part of project teams, including Finance, Business Unit Finance, Tax, Treasury, Legal and Corporate Accounting.

We are open to candidates from France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg who can work either from our office in Pommerloch, Luxembourg or from our office in Tossiat, France.

• Lead the preparation and maintenance of accurate and timely monthly reporting and statutory accounts in compliance with relevant regulations and standards. 
• Support the Team for Tax provision and VAT declaration preparation. 
• Providing oversight on certain control reviews and control implementation.
• Working with External Auditors to support Avient's audit requirements. 
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the finance function, implementing best practices to enhance productivity and accuracy.
• Support regional and corporate initiatives. 
• Other projects according to business requirements.
