Intern (f/m/d) ACP Private Markets Tax

Job Purpose / Role
For our dynamic ACP Private Markets Tax Team, we are looking for a motivated intern (f/m/d) for the duration of 6 months who enjoys working in the very international environment of our asset management. Our team is located in Luxembourg.

What You Do

• As part of the team, you will support ACP Private Markets Tax in the broad ranging day-to-day tasks.
• You will assist with tax compliance tasks for all our asset classes (e.g., Private Credit, Infrastructure, Energy Transition) , especially analysing and coordinating compliance relevant information of our portfolio.
• You will support on various ad hoc projects as required.
• You will work closely with colleagues from our business partners (Big Four advisory firms, renowned law firms)
• You will independently research and analyse data bases on specific tax issues.
• You will work flexibly (on-site and remote) in an international and modern environment in the centre of Luxembourg

What You Bring

• You are pursuing studies in economics or law, preferably with a focus on (inter-)national tax law, demonstrated through relevant coursework or internships.
• You are interested in how taxation impacts the investment potential of (alternative) financial products.
• You work with accuracy and responsibility and have analytical skills.
• You are able to execute tasks independently and in a timely manner.
• You have strong MS Office skills and a keen interest in how digital tools, including AI, can enhance tax work and efficiency.
• You are open-minded and willing to learn new things and are a team player.
• You are fluent in German and also have good English language skills, both orally and in writing.
