At PGIM, You CanWHAT YOU WILL DOAs our activity, as well as our teams, are growing, the Risk Management department is looking for a highly motivated student for 40 hours per week with strong analytical and technical skills. You will support the digitalisation and automation of our processes and contribute to the day‑to‑day monitoring of risks at the asset, fund, and company level.This rewarding opportunity will enable you to make a big impact in our organization, so if this sounds exciting, then PGIM might be the place.WHAT YOU CAN EXPECTAs member of our Risk Management team, you will report directly to the Conducting Officer in charge of Risk Management based in Luxembourg. A robust risk framework is already in place; your role will focus on supporting the enhancement and automation. Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Maintaining and improving the risk management database, ensuring data quality and consistency
• Building and automating dashboards and reports using Power BI and advanced Excel
• Monitoring of the fund investment restrictions and support of leverage calculations
• Assisting with the enhancement of risk reporting workflows and preparing reporting packs for senior management and the Board of Directors
• Conducting risk analysis for real estate deals, including assessment of financial, operational, and market‑driven risk factors
• Identifying opportunities to streamline manual processes through scripting, formulas, queries, and visualisation tools

This is a rare opportunity for a student to gather a meaningful experience in an exciting role within a top global Real Estate Asset Manager.WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Strong academic background: the ideal candidate is pursuing a master's degree preferably in Finance and/or Risk & Asset Management
• Solid Excel skills (Power Query, advanced formulas; VBA is a plus) and strong proficiency with Power BI or similar BI tools
• Interest in working with data and improving processes through automation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt
• Proactive hands on mentality / can-do attitude / inquisitive and self-motivated
• Good interpersonal skills, team player, capability to interface professionally with various internal and external stakeholders
• Clear and strong English verbal and written communication skills required; French is an advantage.

WHAT WILL SET YOU APART

• Strong/advanced Excel skills, including confident use of complex formulas, data analysis tools, and reporting functions
• Knowledge of the AIFMD is a strong plus
