Your contribution to our success

  • Develop and publish platform-specific social content that drives engagement and reinforces brand positioning, leading social media initiatives end-to-end (trend research, audience insights, content planning, and timely execution).
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns that amplify brand messaging while maintaining brand consistency in tone, voice, and visual identity across all social and video outputs.
  • Produce and manage all types of video communications, handling the full production process from concept development and scripting to filming, editing, and post-production.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, translating data into actionable insights for continuous improvement and staying ahead of trends and emerging technologies to champion innovation in social and video formats.
  • Support internal initiatives, including employee advocacy programs and social media training grounded in leading practices.

Your skills

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Studies, or a related field.Experience: 3–4 years in Communications or Marketing roles, preferably in a corporate or media environment.Skills & Mindset: Digitally savvy, proactive, meticulous, organized, collaborative, with proven experience managing social media platforms and delivering measurable results, and strong creative skills in content creation and multimedia storytelling.Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop), mobile editing tools (e.g., CapCut), and familiarity with social media analytics and data-driven decision-making.Additional Skills & Language: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments, fluent in English; French or German is an asset.
