ESG Reporting Analyst

We are looking for a new ESG reporting analyst that will work alongside our experts across the fund value chain.

Your contribution to our success

Operations:

• Run monthly reporting production workflows and execute quality checks on the produced reports
• Onboard new clients into our production process
• Participate to the setup of new ESG Services

Client Relationship Management:

• Manage daily contacts with international clients to report progress, prioritize requests, and arrange execution plan
• Prepare monthly status reports to share production end results and statistics, and quarterly executive summary to present service performance indicators (KPIs, variations, trends, etc.) to clients' management and/or other stakeholders.

Regulatory Consulting – become a trusted regulatory advisor:

• Gain deep understanding of the regulation, its application (market practices) as well industries guidelines and templates
• Understand and advice on clients' specific requirements and their application to the regulation and market practices
• Advice clients in specific / ad-hoc requirements
• Liaise with our Regulatory team to anticipate any new regulation that may impact the fund reporting, being in the frame of ESG regulations.
• Implement any required changes to the reports' templates and disclosures with the clients and development teams

Your skills

• Hold a Master's degree in Finance, Business Engineering, Business Administration or in sustainability studies.
• Have a strong interest and/or experience in Sustainable Finance, investments, asset management, or other fields related to financial services.
• Exhibit a client-oriented mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive, self-sufficient, and pragmatic approach to multitasking under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, Power BI, or VBA would be considered a strong asset. 
• Fluent in English. French and/or German would be considered as an asset
