Field Service Engineer – Technicien Hardware (h/f)

Votre mission :

Vous êtes responsable de l'installation et de l'entretien d'un ensemble de produits/systèmes professionnels tels que les imprimantes-copieurs couleurs/N&B, les solutions de gestion de documents et les softwares associés.

  • En collaboration avec vos clients et vos collègues commerciaux, vous implémentez et configurez la solution fonctionnelle la plus adaptée aux besoins de vos clients. Interlocuteur clé lors de ces installations, vous limitez l'impact sur les opérations de vos clients et les informez des progrès réalisés.
  • Vous êtes responsable en première ligne du dépannage pour la majorité des équipements connectés à l'interface du réseau clients.
  • Vous effectuez selon votre diagnostic certaines opérations comme le démontage et remontage, le remplacement, les réglages, la remise en état, les essais et contrôles d'éléments d'impression
  • Vous mettez les softwares/hardwares à niveau sans assistance.
  • Vous améliorez vos compétences techniques et votre connaissance du business afin de soutenir et de promouvoir de nouvelles solutions professionnelles dans votre domaine.
  • Vous rapportez au Service Manager Luxembourg.

Votre profil :

  • Vous avez un diplôme en électrotechnique et/ou en électronique ou équivalent par expérience.
  • Vous bénéficiez d'une expérience de min 5 ans dans une fonction similaire (installation, réparation des machines…).
  • Vous avez les connaissances nécessaires en électrotechnique et/ou en électronique pour assurer l'analyse et le dépannage hardware.
  • Vous avez de l'expérience et un réel intérêt pour le monde de l'IT et des nouvelles technologies (machines, systèmes, softwares…)
  • Vous parlez français et maitrisez l'anglais technique, la connaissance de l'allemand est un atout.
  • Vous êtes capable de vous adapter à des interlocuteurs de tous les niveaux (IT Manager, Consultants, Service Engineers…) et êtes un excellent communicateur.
  • Persévérant, vous prenez des initiatives et êtes ouvert au changement.
  • Vous êtes proactif, disposez d'une force de proposition, autonome et orienté résultats.
  • Vous êtes flexible, avez le sens des responsabilités tout en étant capable de chercher de l'assistance quand cela s'avère nécessaire.
