Preparation Supervisor

Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure optimal efficiency of warehouse operations
• Plan, priorities, and coordinate material preparation and shipping lists
• Monitor stock levels and ensure continuous material availability
• Identify, analyze, and resolve issues that may disrupt workflow
• Continuously optimize warehouse processes and operational workflows
• Manage and control inventory accuracy and stock movements
• Follow up on and correct material movements, including materials delivered directly to construction sites
• Lead, coordinate, and organize the workload of teams and departments

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or an equivalent qualification or experience.
• Proficiency in English and German and/or French (spoken and written)
• Proven professional training or experience in team management
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Knowledge of CAD drawing software is considered an asset
