SBD Function Integration

For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for a Project Manager & Function Integration, who will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, drive strategic alignment across teams, and support the deployment of tools, processes, and frameworks that enhance efficiency and organizational performance. 

Leveraging your expertise in strategic coordination and integration, you will ensure alignment across diverse initiatives and maintain momentum on key priorities. You will act as a central point for coordinating with PMO and key stakeholders to maintain strategic coherence, organize meetings, and drive follow-up on action items to keep projects on track and ensure continuous progress. By preparing clear and impactful presentations for senior stakeholders, you will help maintain consistency and focus in all communications. 

Leveraging your expertise in strategic coordination and integration, you will ensure alignment across diverse initiatives and maintain momentum on key priorities. You will act as a central point for connecting teams and stakeholders, organizing meetings, and driving follow-up on action items to keep projects on track.  

You will contribute to strategic planning cycles, ensuring commercial and business development priorities are well integrated into broader initiatives. Your role will include supporting the deployment of new tools, processes, and governance frameworks that enhance operational efficiency and structure. As part of ongoing transformation efforts, you will lead or support change management activities, helping teams adapt to new ways of working while maintaining engagement and clarity throughout. 

You will oversee the management of cross-functional projects, developing detailed plans, monitoring progress, and coordinating teams to ensure timely delivery of objectives. You will also help strengthen internal capabilities by supporting onboarding, promoting best practices, and continuously improving planning tools and documentation. Through this approach, you will contribute to building a more cohesive, efficient, and forward-thinking organization. 

You bring 7+ years of experience in project management, business transformation, or strategic planning, ideally within a complex or international environment. Thanks to your structured approach and ability to manage multiple priorities, you are comfortable driving alignment between teams and translating strategy into actionable plans. You have a natural sense of organization and a strong attention to detail that helps you maintain consistency across projects and communications. 

You are at ease working in cross-functional and multicultural settings, engaging diverse stakeholders and building collaborative relationships based on trust and transparency. Your interpersonal skills allow you to foster alignment while constructively challenging ideas to reach the best possible outcomes. 

With a proactive mindset and a genuine interest in process improvement and change, you enjoy shaping frameworks, tools, and routines that help teams work more effectively. You value clarity, accountability, and shared learning, and you approach your work with curiosity, adaptability, and a focus on results.
