Key Roles And Responsibilities

• Shadow members of the Controlling and Accounting department as they perform their duties.
• Assist with research, filing, data entry, recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
• Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, invoices, and other documents.
• Learn how to work as part of the Finance team to compile and analyse data, track information, and support the business stakeholders, clients and vendors.
• Take on additional tasks or projects to learn more about controlling, accounting and office operations.

Profile

• Education degree in Finance and Accounting, preferably a master's degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
• Motivation and strong desire to take on new challenges and learn on a daily basis.
• Ability to get used to new software systems in a short time.
• Good knowledge of English (verbal and written). French is an asset.
