Its strategic location makes it particularly convenient for professionals commuting from Belgium, France, or the north of Luxembourg.

The company has around 30 staff members across its accounting, tax, legal, and corporate divisions. Its size allows for a collaborative and friendly environment, where communication is encouraged and hierarchy remains minimal. Employees appreciate the healthy work-life balance, as overtime is not part of the culture and flexible working arrangements — including remote work — are supported by management.

The client base is composed of international structures such as private equity and real estate investment vehicles, Soparfis, and holding companies. This variety provides the team with exposure to complex operations and continuous technical development.

Your Responsibilities | Fiduciary – PFS – Accountancy – Accounting – Finance

• Manage your own portfolio of holdings, Soparfis, and alternative investment funds (PE/RE) with a high level of autonomy.
• Prepare and review annual accounts, financial statements, and various reports produced by junior colleagues.
• Draft clear reporting for senior management.
• Preparation and review of some tax returns, in collaboration with tax advisors.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  Take on team-oriented responsibilities including task allocation, guidance, and the improvement of internal processes.

Profile and Career Path | Fiduciary – PFS – Accountancy – Accounting – Finance

• Minimum 6 years of experience in accounting within a similar Luxembourg environment (PFS, fiduciary, corporate services provider).
• Excellent command of English, French is a plus
• Able to work independently while fostering a cooperative team spirit.
• A career marked by continuity and commitment, reflecting the values of the organization.
  A previous experience and background in the management of a client portfolio composed of financial entities, as well as a first experience in management.

• A remuneration up to €7.750 gross per month, depending on your background and on your level of experience in management.
