Dutch Customer Service Representative (Remote in Portugal during the Summertime)

What Youll Do
- Provide empathetic, accurate, and timely support to Facebook users.
- Monitor and resolve abuse reports, help users with account issues, and improve platform experience.
- Stay up to date on community standards and advocate for users best interests.
- Spot trends, escalate complex issues, and contribute to global support improvements.
What Were Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch and English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong sense of empathy and a passion for community well-being.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for trends and solutions.
- Familiarity with Facebook (training provided).
