Portfolio Manager (m/f/d)

As Portfolio Manager, you will act as the key person for developers and assume overall responsibility for all portfolio assets.

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Analyse and optimize asset strategies to ensure sustainable portfolio performance

  • Monitor sales activities and prepare structured divestment proposals to maximize portfolio value

  • Lead the preparation of business case updates in close collaboration with cross-functional teams for presentation to the Investment Committee

  • Manage Capital Call Process  for the  Board as part of the "Mittelverwendungskontrolle"

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all developers within ACI, ensuring clear communication and strategic alignment across stakeholders

  • Collaborate closely with Structuring, Investment Management, and Risk departments to address all asset-related topics and ensure seamless cross-departmental cooperation
     

Your Qualifications: 

  • Professional experience within an AIFM, Asset Manager, Advisory Firm (Junior or Senior level; minimum 2-4 years' experience). 

  • University degree in business or economics, or any other investment-related field.    

  • High level of initiative, independence, and excellent organisational skills with a collaborative mindset. 

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills 

  • Qualifications such as CFA, CAIA, ACCA, etc. are considered a plus. 

  • Fluency in English and German; an additional European language is highly desirable.
