Senior Fullstack Engineer (React/NodeJS)

We're hiring a Senior Fullstack Engineer to drive development and migration of our data-intensive SaaS platform to a modern React/NodeJS stack. This role requires deep expertise in large-scale data handling, sharp UI/UX instincts, strong AI workflow knowledge, and smooth transitions from existing prototypes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect scalable SaaS applications using ReactJS for responsive UIs (hooks, state management, performance optimization) and NodeJS for robust backends (REST/GraphQL APIs, async processing).
  • Migrate from Angular/legacy systems, integrating React components, and refactoring backends to NodeJS microservices.
  • Manage large datasets with SQL databases (Drizzle ORM for migrations/versioning), implement ETL pipelines and search for high-volume operations.
  • Design intuitive, accessible UI/UX for complex data visualizations across browsers/devices.
  • Integrate AI workflows while ensuring SaaS scalability and security.
  • Own deployments via Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud performance monitoring.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years fullstack development, 3+ years React/NodeJS in SaaS environments; experience leading cloud migrations/digital transformations preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Proficiency leveraging AI tools (Claude, Copilot, Perplexity, ChatGPT) for productivity and complex problem-solving.
  • Fluency in English, other languages are a plus.
  • Portfolio demonstrating Angular-to-React migrations, data-heavy SaaS apps running 7x24 on major cloud platforms.
  • Strong experience with testing frameworks and automated testing methodologies.
  • Docker/CI/CD best practices mastery.
  • Experience in technical leadership.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, getting things done spirit.
  • Work permit in Luxembourg
