Your contribution to our success

• Work with business stakeholders to identify, qualify, and structure automation opportunities, defining delivery roadmaps and success criteria.
• Produce clear AS-IS and TO-BE process models and documentation aligned with BPMN standards and automation leading practices.
• Design and implement automation solutions using UiPath (RPA workflows and agentic components) in line with development and governance standards.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of automated processes (intake, design, build, deployment, operation, optimization, retirement) and provide hypercare and operational support in production.
• Plan and execute unit, non-regression, and UAT tests, analyze incidents and performance gaps, and optimize existing automations for performance, resilience, and maintainability.

Your skills

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on or academic experience with automation technologies, including RPA development and agentic automation concepts.
• Proven hands-on proficiency with the UiPath ecosystem, including Studio, Orchestrator, Maestro, Agent Builder, Autopilot, Robots, and AI Units.
• Solid understanding of automation lifecycle management and delivery methodologies, with the ability to design custom automation solutions applying development leading practices.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
• Experience with Intelligent Document Processing, particularly UiPath Document Understanding.
• Exposure to testing strategies for automation platforms in enterprise environments.
• UiPath certification or other relevant automation certifications.
