Responsable du Contrôle

Grow with us We are currently looking for a colleague to join our Responsible du Controle Service Team as a Team Leader.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Lead the Responsable du Contrôle ("RC") team
• Serve as designated RC for managed investment companies (SICAVs)
• Develop and update the SICAV's anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (AML/CFT) framework, including policies, risk appetite statements, and risk assessments
• Oversee AML operations across funds through on-site inspections of asset managers, transfer agents, and service providers
• Gather key performance indicators, prepare recurring and regulatory reports, and respond to requests on behalf of the funds
• Collaborate with the SICAV's Responsable du Respect ("RR") and present AML status updates at board meetings
• Serve as primary liaison with local authorities and regulatory bodies, and act as first escalation point for all SICAV-related AML matters

Your skills and experience:

• Fund industry experience required
• Comprehensive understanding of Luxembourg AML/CTF/CPF laws and regulations
• At least five years in a comparable position and/or background in transfer agency, portfolio management, or audit with relevant AML responsibilities
• Strong capability to identify client concerns and develop effective solutions
• Dependability, resilience, proactive approach, and solution-focused service mindset are critical competencies
• Proficiency in standard office software applications
• University degree in business administration, economics, business law, or law preferred
• Fluency in German and English (verbal and written); additional languages advantageous, with strong public speaking skills
