Notre équipe Delta Technologie recherche un Manager - Architect IT pour apporter son aide pour un de nos clients qui est un acteur majeur de l'industrie des fonds

Les missions qui seront confiées au Manager - Architect IT sont :

  • Concevoir, développer, tester et déployer des applications Full-Stack Java/React à haute performance.
  • Garantir la qualité de l'architecture logicielle (robustesse, sécurité, évolutivité, maintenabilité).
  • Collaborer avec les équipes IT internes pour assurer la cohérence technique et fonctionnelle des solutions.
  • Assurer la maintenance et l'optimisation des actifs applicatifs et des infrastructures associées.
  • Participer activement à la rédaction des spécifications et à la supervision de projets externalisés.
  • Mettre en œuvre les bonnes pratiques DevOps et Agile, en favorisant la collaboration et l'amélioration continue.
  • Anticiper et résoudre les problèmes techniques, assurer la stabilité et la sécurité des systèmes.
  • Former, coacher et accompagner les développeurs dans leur montée en compétences.
  • Contribuer à la veille technologique et à l'innovation au sein de la direction IT.

Le Manager - Architect IT aura également la responsabilité de participer au club Digital de l'industrie des fonds de Delta. En tant que consultant opérationnel, le Manager - Architect IT agira en tant que "Subject Matter Expert" pour soutenir d'autres collègues en cas de besoin d'expertise

Requirements

  • Avoir minimum 5 ans d'expérience confirmée dans l'architecture et le développement Full-Stack Java, idéalement dans le secteur financier.

  • Compétences techniques clés :

  • Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA

  • ReactJS, NodeJS, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap
  • Microservices, REST/SOAP, Domain Driven Design, TDD/BDD
  • PostgreSQL, SQL Server, ElasticSearch
  • CI/CD : Jenkins, Git, Maven, SonarQube
  • Docker, Kubernetes (K8S), Swarm, RabbitMQ, Ansible
  • Sécurité applicative (OWASP, Secure Coding)

  • Certificationsappréciées : Architecte Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google), CompTIA, etc.

  • Être titulaire d'un diplôme en informatique

  • L'anglais et le français sont obligatoires, une langue supplémentaire est considérée comme un avantage.
