Your Work Context
In this role you will be assisting with the day-to-day bookkeeping as well as administrative tasks in the accounting department in Luxembourg as part of a dynamic and growing team.
Your Role
Your main responsibilities:
- Administrative management such as
- Document scanning/validation
- Management of reminders and e-mail inboxes
- Updating databases
- Management of accounts payable
- Assistance in registration of purchase invoices
- Checking invoices
- Preparing payments
- Digitalisation and automation of processes
You will report directly to the accounting manager.
What do you need to have?
- You have an accounting assistant knowledge or at least 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- You are comfortable using IT and the usual Office tools.
- You are organised and meticulous.
- You are a team player and work independently.
- You are a fluent English speaker and have at least basic knowledge of French. Knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
