Your role- Clinical care within inpatient and outpatient care at the Neurology Department of the
Centre Hospitalier de Luxembourg - Recruitment of patients for the cohort study of the National Centre of Excellence in Research on Parkinson's disease (NCER-PD)
- Setup and optimisation of workflows for patient recruitment
- Active participation in clinical studies for improved diagnosis and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases
- Execution of scientific projects with national and international collaboration partners on research projects
- Perform clinical testing and neurological examinations
- Apply tests for assessing functions in different neurological disorders
- Teach students about clinical and research aspects of neurodegenerative disorders
- Present at public events for information of lay public or medical professionals )
- Present research results at national and international scientific meetings
- Write and contribute to scientific publications and research grant applications
- Medical degree (MD) recognized in Luxembourg and interest in specialisation training in Neurology
- Interest in clinical research on neurodegeneration
- Independent, highly motivated and committed
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively within multidisciplinary and international teams
- Fluent spoken and written French and/or German, proficiency in English, and willingness to generally improve fluency in languages
- Good computer skills for standard software (Excel, Word, etc.)
