Role Description

This is a full-time position for an Architect, based on-site in Walferdange. The Architect's day-to-day tasks include designing and managing architectural projects, overseeing the implementation of architectural plans, collaborating with clients and team members, and ensuring that projects adhere to specifications, budgets, and timelines. The role also involves coordinating with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of designs into the construction process until the final result.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Architectural Design and Architecture with the ability to conceptualize and create innovative designs.
• Proficiency in Software Development and Integration, ensuring technology is effectively applied to architectural solutions.
• Project management capabilities, including overseeing schedules, budgets, and resources to accomplish project goals efficiently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
• Technical skill for execution planning and work description
• Proficiency in ARCHICAD and other architectural design tools, as well as MSOffice 365
• Relevant qualification in Architecture or a related field is required.
• Language skill in French and German
