We are seeking a Staff Services Agent

Business Services are the backbone of KPMG, crucial to setting our business on the path to success. Our Business Services staff connect the dots, converging the right people and the right technologies to ensure an exemplary, effective and signature client experience.

What you will be working on

Facilities Helpdesk

  • Treatment of general staff enquiries

Communication for staff lease cars and other Facilities services

  • Policies and procedures
  • Catalogue of selected cars
  • Incident and enquiry management

Facilities administrative tasks

  • Filing
  • Reporting preparations

Workflow development

Presentations

  • Staff welcome
  • Staff Lease Car Scheme
  • Other Facilities presentations
What we look for
  • You have an A-level equivalent in administration or related fields
  • You have previous professional experience in a similar position
  • You have a pragmatic approach to problem solving
  • You are capable of managing several projects at once
  • You have great administrative skills
  • You are client orientated
  • You are a strong negotiator
  • You have good contact with staff
  • You have excellent presentation skills
  • You are fluent in English (French is a strong asset)
