This role offers a unique opportunity to own and scale a high-impact paid acquisition engine in a fast-moving, remote-first environment. You will lead end-to-end paid growth strategy across major performance channels, combining creative excellence, data-driven experimentation, and AI-powered automation to drive sustainable user growth. Operating with a strong sense of ownership, you will manage budgets, experimentation velocity, and tooling to build systems that compound over time. The position demands both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a focus on rapid testing, fast iteration, and continuous optimization. You will collaborate closely with creative, content, and growth teams to translate insights into scalable campaigns. This is an ideal role for a builder who thrives in autonomy, embraces experimentation, and is passionate about shaping the future of digital growth. Accountabilities:
  • Own end-to-end paid acquisition strategy and execution across major performance channels, including Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
  • Manage budgets, channel prioritization, and campaign scaling decisions within defined guardrails.
  • Design and execute continuous experimentation across creatives, audiences, formats, and platforms, ensuring rapid iteration cycles.
  • Build and maintain high-velocity creative feedback loops that translate performance insights into scalable ad production.
  • Leverage AI tools, automation, and no-code solutions to accelerate creative production, analysis, and workflow efficiency.
  • Define and maintain data structures for performance tracking, experimentation, and decision-making using SQL and raw event data.
  • Lead and mentor the paid growth team, setting execution standards, improving speed, and fostering a culture of experimentation and accountability.
Requirements:4+ years of hands-on experience scaling paid acquisition in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.Deep expertise in Meta Ads and TikTok, with experience across additional paid growth channels considered a strong advantage.Strong SQL skills and comfort working directly with raw data and event-level tracking.Proven ability to operate autonomously without reliance on centralized analytics teams.High fluency with AI tools, automation platforms, no-code solutions, and AI agents for growth workflows.Experience driving UGC and influencer-led creative production at scale.Strong creative intuition combined with analytical rigor and a data-driven mindset.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills in remote, cross-functional settings.
