As part of our corporate and international tax practice, we have a strong Transfer Pricing (TP) team advising clients on TP policies, TP documentation and TP aspects of structuring operations. Our team also guides and implements innovative TP solutions, increasingly supported by data, technology and AI‑enabled tools.

They deal with all types of TP issues with a strong focus on financial transactions, while using modern data analytics, automation and visualization solutions to deliver high‑quality insights to our clients.

Your contribution to our success

1. Joining one of our specialized teams dealing with international tax matters and Transfer Pricing (financial services, funds, corporate multinational, M&A, alternative investment: PE/RE/HF)
2. Performing benchmarking, drafting TP reports and APA's to Private Equity and Real Estate Funds and International Groups, leveraging TP databases, research tools and technology-supported workflows
3. Implementing TP solutions and strategies for tax efficient structures, using data analysis and technology-based methodologies where relevant
4. Contributing to the enhancement and digitalization of TP processes (e.g. using automation, data visualization, AI‑supported document review or analytics tools)
5. Developing your understanding of local or domestic TP and penalty rules as well as transfer pricing principles, including how data, IT and AI solutions are used to support compliance and defend TP positions
6. Building strong relationships both with our clients and with our powerful worldwide network, while clearly explaining how technology and data-driven insights support our recommendations

Your skills

1. 
   
2. Graduated from university in Economics / Law / Tax Law / Business Law
3. Demonstrate a real interest for Transfer Pricing. A first experience is considered as an asset
4. Curious about how technology, data and AI are used in tax and TP (e.g. TP databases, analytics tools, automation, visualization); experience with such tools is considered as a plus
5. Distinguish yourself by your organizational skills, your flexibility, your team spirit, your dynamism and your eagerness for learning and evolving
6. Are ready to commit yourself fully and to share your know-how within a young and multicultural team
7. Speak English fluently. French and/or German would be considered as an asset
8. Are MS-Office software literate; an interest in Excel-based modelling, databases or visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
