Operational Fund Setup

Grow with us We are currently looking for an Intern to join our Fund Setup & Onboarding Team that is a part of our Product Solutions Department within Operations.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Participate in internal team meetings and external client status calls
• Track and monitor project progress using dedicated project management tools
• Coordinate updates and information flow between different departments
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and timelines
• Contact regarding the onboarding / life cycle projects
• Support and collaboration with Regulatory Fund Setup
• Assist with preparation and management of Master Initiator Agreements

Your skills and experience:

• University degree
• Previous experience in fund industry preferrable (especially in Fund Setup and Lifecycle activities)
• Understanding of the Luxembourg Investment Funds Industry and it's legal and regulatory environment
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
• Self-motivated with a reliable and resilient work approach
• Service orientation and client-focused mindset
• Organizational abilities with attention to detail
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Good in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Fluency in English, German skills would be considered an asset
