Our systems disassemble Li-ion battery packs into reusable Li-ion cells, minimizing waste and maximizing sustainability. Our mission is to bring cost of re-using material down and enable true urban mining with robotics and smart software. The cheaper disassembly is, the closer we get to a real circular economy.
The roleThe Founder's Associate will work closely with the Business team of the company to support them in all aspects of the business. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable individual who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, the ability to anticipate needs, solid financial & analysis skills and a passion for entrepreneurship.
Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Circu Li-ion Business Team on various key strategic projects
• Be responsible for financial planning, risk management, and investment activities 
• Oversee the Company's internal operations
• Perform accounting, annual audits and tax activities
• Provide hands-on support to transform ideas into reality and monitor progress
• Be involved and take ownership of financial projects
• Support in the fundraising process (incl. Reporting)
• Assist with the preparation of presentations, proposals, etc.
• Lead meetings with clear planning and coordination
• Bring to completion specific projects and initiatives 
• Contribute to the implementation and sustainability of HR strategy

• Completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance / Economics, or any comparable subject from a top tier university or in your final year of studies
• 1-3 years experience in a financial, FP&A, Business Analysis or Business Manager role
• Has collected first practical experience in fast paced environment (startups or consulting)
• Hands on, proactive, self-starter mentality and entrepreneurial vision
• Enthusiasm for sustainability & B2B
• Ability to work in a high-performing, demanding environment handling a broad variety of tasks
• Possess exceptional organizational, analytical and structured problem solving skills
• Confidence and comfort to work in a lean organization and agile environment
