Deine Aufgaben
- Du berätst die internen Kunden sowie die HR-Leitung bei der Umsetzung strategischer und operativer Maßnahmen
- Du übernimmst die Leitung von HR‑Projekten, insbesondere bei der Einführung neuer HR‑Initiativen, Programme und bereichsübergreifender Themen
- Du gestaltest unser Personalmanagement, unsere Unternehmenskultur und unsere HR‑Prozesse aktiv mit
- Du analysierst HR‑Kennzahlen und leitest daraus Maßnahmen zur Mitarbeiterbindung und zur Steigerung der Zufriedenheit ab
- Du bildest gemeinsam mit zwei weiteren HR Business Partnern die Schnittstelle zwischen den Fachbereichen und der HR‑Abteilung
- Du bietest eine lösungsorientierte und kompetente Beratung unserer Fachbereiche zu modernen HR‑Themen wie Personalplanung, Recruiting, Talent Management, HRIS, Vergütung u. v. m.
- Du bist für die Analyse und Synthese der Geschäfts- und Mitarbeiteranforderungen zuständig, um darauf basierend mit dem HR-Team angemessene und effektive Lösungen zu entwickeln
Dein Profil
- Du besitzt ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Universitätsstudium mit Schwerpunkt Personalwesen, Personalentwicklung, Arbeitsrecht oder ähnliches
- Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im HR-Bereich mit
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse des luxemburgischen Arbeitsrechts
- Du verstehst HR als strategischen Partner des Business und handelst entsprechend
- Du besitzt starke konzeptionelle sowie analytische Fähigkeiten, gepaart mit einer schnellen Auffassungsgabe
- Du überzeugst durch eine ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz, Empathie und Sensibilität und vertrittst die gemeinsamen Interessen des Managements wie auch der Mitarbeiter
- Du arbeitest eigenständig, organisiert und zielorientiert, auch unter Zeitdruck
- Du sprichst fließend Französisch und Deutsch oder Deutsch und Englisch. Die Bereitschaft, die jeweils andere Sprache zu erlernen, wird vorausgesetzt. Kenntnisse in Luxemburgisch gelten als Vorteil.

Afin de renforcer notre équipe RH à Howald, nous recherchons pour entrée immédiate ou à convenir un/une:
HR Business Partner [m/f/d]

Tes tâches
- Tu conseilles les clients internes ainsi que la direction RH dans la prise de décisions/mesures opérationnelles et stratégiques
- Tu prends en charge la gestion des projets RH et élabores de nouvelles initiatives RH transversales
- Tu participes activement à l'élaboration de la stratégie de gestion des ressources humaines, de la culture d'entreprise et de processus RH efficaces
- Tu analyses les chiffres clés RH pour promouvoir les mesures de rétention et augmenter la satisfaction des collaborateurs
- Tu formes, avec deux autres HR Business Partners, l'interface entre les départements de l'entreprise et le service RH
- Tu offres un conseil de façon pragmatique et compétente aux différents départements dans leurs questions concernant la gestion du personnel (planification des effectifs, recrutement, développement du personnel, SIRH, salaires, ...)
- Tu es responsable de l'analyse et de la synthèse des besoins des sites et des employés, afin d'élaborer, en collaboration avec l'équipe RH, des solutions appropriées et efficaces
Ton profil
- Tu disposes d'un diplôme universitaire avec une spécialisation en ressources humaines, développement de personnel ou droit du travail
- Tu possèdes d'au moins 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans un département RH
- Une connaissance approfondie du droit du travail
- Tu comprends les enjeux stratégiques de la gestion des ressources humaines et représentes les RH en tant que partenaire stratégique
- Tu possèdes d'excellentes capacités conceptuelles et analytiques, associées à une compréhension rapide
- Tu disposes de solides compétences sociales, d'empathie et de sensibilité tout en prônant l'intérêt commun entre la direction et les collaborateurs
- Tu travailles de manière autonome et organisée, tout en respectant les contraintes temporelles
- Tu parles couramment le français et l'allemand ou l'allemand et l'anglais. La volonté d'apprendre l'autre langue est requise. La connaissance du luxembourgeois est considérée comme un atout.
