Ton futur rôle
Chez SFEIR Luxembourg, le rôle de Product Owner va au-delà d'un cadre Agile "classique".
Nos consultant.e.s interviennent comme de véritables Consultant.e.s Produit, capables de naviguer entre trois dimensions selon les besoins des missions :
Produit (Product Owner) Tu portes la vision produit et maximises la valeur délivrée : * Construire et faire vivre la vision produit et la roadmap * Prioriser le backlog pour maximiser l'impact business * Représenter la voix de l'utilisateur au sein de l'équipe.
Métier (Business Analyst) Tu participes activement au cadrage fonctionnel :
* Animer des ateliers avec les parties prenantes * Clarifier et structurer les besoins * Transformer les exigences métier en backlog actionnable.
Delivery (Project Manager) Tu contribues à la réussite opérationnelle des projets :
*Coordonner les échanges entre équipes et stakeholders *Suivre l'avancement et anticiper les risques *Garantir une livraison fluide et orientée valeur.
Selon les contextes clients, tu peux être amené·e à mettre davantage l'accent sur l'une ou l'autre de ces dimensions.
Nous recherchons des profils curieux, adaptables et ouverts, qui apprécient cette polyvalence et voient la diversité des missions comme une opportunité d'apprentissage.
Tu évolueras dans des environnements Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) avec l'IA comme copilote au quotidien pour accélérer la prise de décision et la livraison de valeur.

Chaque année, un Comité Carrière revoit ta progression et donc ton salaire.
