agent – mobility services (m/f/n) pour notre département « Locations Bus »
avec possibilités d'acquisition future de responsabilités selon les performances :
Votre mission
- Vous assurez l'accueil téléphonique et physique de nos clients et vous les renseignez, analysez leurs besoins et leur proposez nos prestations
- Vous préparez et planifiez les offres, enregistrez les réservations internes ainsi qu'externes et mettez en place les contrats de locations
- Vous assurez l'acquisition de nouveaux clients
- Vous exécutez des tâches administratives diverses
Vos qualités
- Vous disposez d'un diplôme de fin d'études : BAC ou similaire
- Vous savez travailler en autonomie, prendre des initiatives et vous aimez le contact avec les clients
- Vous maitrisez les langues luxembourgeoise, allemande et française à l'écrit et l'oral
- Vous maitrisez les outils bureautiques (MS Office, etc.)
- Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe
- Vous êtes détenteur du permis de conduire (B)
Quelques plus
- Maitrise de la langue anglaise à l'écrit et l'oral
- Bonnes connaissances géographiques (Luxembourg et Europe)
- Connaissances en logistique et transport de personnes
