If You Also;

  Graduated from Automotive, Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering etc

  Have a good command of English

  Have a strong interest in automotive powertrain & drivetrain systems

  Preferably have experience in Catia, SAP, Enovia,

   Proficient in MS Office programs

 (For male candidates) Have completed military service

  Possess strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

  Have a team-oriented and systematic working approach

  Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills

  Are passionate about following automotive technologies and innovations

What will you do when you join us?

Take an active role in R&D product development activities for commercial vehicle exterior and trim systems

Contribute to the design, development, validation, and industrialization of exterior body and interior/exterior trim components

Define technical requirements, part specifications, tolerances, and interface definitions in line with vehicle-level targets

Coordinate and manage prototype, fit & finish, and validation activities (appearance, gap & flush, durability, environmental, and functional tests)

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as body engineering, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, and suppliers

Support cost, weight, performance, and efficiency optimization studies

Ensure compliance with global regulations, homologation requirements, and internal standards

Analyze test and vehicle build results, identify root causes of issues, and drive design and process improvement actions

Participate in supplier technical evaluations, design reviews, and change management processes

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and engineering releases throughout the product lifecycle
