The mission of ArcelorMittal Tailored Blanks Products & Solutions Development team:

• Design, Develop, and Launch market-oriented and game-changing HAV (high added value) products and solutions, aligned with ArcelorMittal's and Tailored Blanks' strategies and capabilities
• Synergetic work across ArcelorMittal and along with partners to ensure a sustainable and innovative portfolio of products and solutions that exceed customer expectations and disrupt the industry
• to Tailor Products and Solutions to our customers that go beyond the S-in motion generic solutions
• To provide valuable feedback and insights to the R&D and marketing teams to unlock new markets and business opportunities

Your role

As a VIE contractor at AMTB, you will be in charge of:

• Create visual depictions of text-based and numerical data, transforming complex information into actionable insights.
• Design and develop interactive data visualizations that reveal patterns, trends, and correlations across diverse datasets.
• Develop, test, and refine prompts for AI systems (such as Copilot) to enable advanced querying and analysis of both structured (databases, spreadsheets) and unstructured (documents, emails, text) data.
• Support decision-makers and stakeholders with comprehensive views of the automotive market and product portfolio, driving strategic development and innovation.

Main tasks

Data Mapping: Systematically identify, catalog, and understand all relevant data sources—structured (databases, spreadsheets) and unstructured (documents, emails, text)—to ensure comprehensive coverage and accessibility for analysis and AI-driven querying.

Prompt Creation & Optimization: Develop, test, and refine prompts for AI models (such as Copilot AI) that leverage the full breadth of your database. Ensure prompts are designed to extract meaningful insights from all available data, maximizing relevance and effectiveness for business needs.

Data Visualization: Collect, clean, validate, and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and integrity. Analyze data to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations using statistical and data mining techniques.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with R&D, IT, marketing, and commercial teams to validate insights, confirm data accuracy, and ensure solutions meet business objectives.

AI Adaptation: Configure and adapt Copilot AI in a local environment, focusing on prompt strategies that maximize the value of internal data assets.

What we're looking for

We believe data visualization is a critical visual communication tool for working, but it isn't easy to master with platforms like Flourish and the demands of effective data storytelling. In addition, as management teams face an ever-growing volume of information, it is essential to create powerful prompts that enable them to quickly access, interpret, and act on both structured and unstructured data. Therefore, we need:

• Data Mapping Skills:
  • Ability to systematically identify, catalog, and understand all relevant data sources—structured (databases, spreadsheets) and unstructured (documents, emails, text).
  • Experience with data integration, migration, transformation, and ensuring data integrity across systems.
  • Familiarity with ETL tools, data mapping software, and data lineage documentation.
• Prompt Engineering Skills:
  • Proficiency in designing, testing, and refining prompts for AI models (such as Copilot AI) to extract meaningful insights from diverse data sources.
  • Understanding of prompt optimization strategies to maximize relevance, accuracy, and effectiveness.
  • Ability to analyze AI model responses and iterate on prompt design for improved outcomes.
  • Awareness of ethical considerations and bias mitigation in prompt engineering.
• Data Management & Visualization Skills: Experience in aggregating, cross-validating, and visualizing data from multiple sources, with a focus on advanced natural language processing and data storytelling.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to translate complex data into informative visuals, reports, and AI-driven insights.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Technical Background: 
  • Experience in analytics, data presentation, business intelligence, and equivalent roles.
  • Familiarity with visualization libraries (Charts, Canvas, d3, ) and prompt engineering tools.
• Technology Stack: Python, Power BI, Azure, Tableau, Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Prompt Engineering.
