Your future team

Our SAP Advisory & Consulting team in Luxembourg supports clients across the full Digital Finance transformation journey: from defining application strategy and vision, designing financial blueprints and target processes, to implementing SAP solutions and improving operational performance.
Working with the latest SAP Digital technologies (such as S/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud), the team focuses on practical, business-driven solutions that directly support our clients' core strategies and objectives in a fast-changing digital environment.

Your contribution to our success
 
  • Take ownership of implementing SAP Finance modules (FI, Forecasting, Budgeting & Controlling, Project Accounting, Public Sector Accounting) and shape how our clients run their finance function.
  • Work end-to-end on projects: analyze business needs, configure SAP, test solutions, deliver training, and support key users through a smooth knowledge transfer.
  • Lead SAP project streams, managing team, scope, planning, budget, and change, while driving reliable delivery for high-impact initiatives.
  • Tackle complex SAP Finance challenges around design, implementation, data management, and innovation, and contribute to the SAP Finance strategy for our Luxembourg practice.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary, international SAP consultants, support other Consulting teams, develop new business opportunities, and coach junior colleagues as they grow.

Your skills

Must Have
 
  • University degree (post‑graduate degree is an asset)
  • 3–5 years of SAP Finance experience on SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP Analytics Cloud in some of the following fields: Financial Accounting; Forecasting, Budgeting & Controlling; Project Accounting; Treasury & Financial Instruments Management; Funds & Grants Management; Tax & Revenue Management; Travel & Expense Management
  • Experience with SAP implementation methodology (Activate) and project management frameworks (PMI, Prince2, Scaled Agile, ITIL, etc.), with solid SAP operations effectiveness experience
  • Intellectual curiosity and strong analytical skills, fluency in English and French, and willingness to work in an international environment and abroad if needed
Nice to Have
  • Post‑graduate degree
  • Hands-on interest in the newest SAP technologies (S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, Leonardo, RPA, etc.)
  • Experience specifically in multiple SAP Finance sub‑domains (e.g. Treasury & Financial Instruments, Funds & Grants, Tax & Revenue)
  • German language skills
