What You'll Do

We are looking for an experienced Release Manager with strong expertise in virtualized environments, Linux, and automation. The position will join the Facility Management Department while providing operational support to the Application Management Department. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing IT infrastructure and application environments.

Your challenges will include{{:}}

  • Manage the phases of Application Release Management and post-go-live support{{:}} preparation of release notes, installation instructions, and support to the parent company's technical teams.
  • Analyze the impact of new applications and/or software versions on Legal Reporting solutions.
  • Manage Quality Assurance phases in close collaboration with the testing team (tool{{:}} HP ALM).
  • Configure and manage daily jobs; execute daily manual tasks to ensure proper report generation processes. Automation of these manual tasks is a goal.
  • Basic knowledge of virtual server administration (Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux RHEL/Ubuntu), and authentication protocols (LDAP, SAML).
  • Support application teams with patching and upgrade operations; manage OS updates and patching as part of the Vulnerability Management process.
  • Operate on SQL and Oracle databases (script execution and data exploitation).
  • Monitor infrastructure health and manage incidents.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including procedures and recovery plans.

Technical Skills

Proven Experience in{{:}}

  • Application Release Management in banking environments (Windows and Linux).
  • MS SQL and Oracle at an operational level.
  • Linux and Windows administration, including job configuration.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL principles.
  • Team spirit and ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Fluency in at least two of the following languages{{:}} French, English, and Italian.
