Responsibilities
50% Client Retention:
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients and build long-term trusted relationships.
- Monitor project progress and identify new needs to maximize their use of Odoo.
- Act as a key point of contact to support clients in their growth. 50% Business Development:
- Convert incoming leads into concrete opportunities.
- Develop new business relationships.
Profile
3–5 years of experience in B2B account management or business development, ideally in enterprise software. Strong ability to build trusted, long-term relationships. Autonomy and ability to work with minimal supervision in a flexible environment.
