Responsibilities
50% Client Retention:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients and build long-term trusted relationships.
  • Monitor project progress and identify new needs to maximize their use of Odoo.
  • Act as a key point of contact to support clients in their growth. 50% Business Development:
  • Convert incoming leads into concrete opportunities.
  • Develop new business relationships.

Profile

3–5 years of experience in B2B account management or business development, ideally in enterprise software. Strong ability to build trusted, long-term relationships. Autonomy and ability to work with minimal supervision in a flexible environment.
