Description du poste

En tant que Software Developer, vous intervenez sur l'ensemble du cycle de vie des solutions que nous développons pour nos clients :

Vos responsabilités

  • Comprendre les besoins métiers de nos clients et proposer des solutions techniques adaptées.
  • Concevoir, développer et maintenir des applications web, plateformes logicielles ou solutions basées sur la suite 365 de Microsoft.
  • Intégrer des API, outils data / analytics, workflows automatisés.
  • Assurer la qualité du code et la maintenabilité (tests, documentation).
  • Participer aux choix techniques et aux revues de code.
  • Mettre en production et assurer le support des applications développées.
  • Travailler en collaboration avec l'équipe conseil pour traduire les problématiques métiers en solutions concrètes.
Profil recherché

Langages & Frameworks

  • Très bonne maîtrise de JavaScript
  • Expérience avec un framework front-end moderne : React (idéalement) / / Angular
  • Bonne maîtrise du développement back-end (API) avec (Express/NestJS) et/ou Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django)

Bases de données

  • Bonne maîtrise deSQL (PostgreSQL idéalement)
  • Connaissances NoSQL appréciées : MongoDB / Firestore (Firebase)

DevOps / Infrastructure

  • Expérience avec des outils CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
  • Notions de déploiement cloud (AWS, GCP ou Azure)
  • Conteneurs (Docker)

Qualités attendues

  • Capacité à produire code propre, documenté et testé
  • Curiosité pour l'IA avec premiers uses cases réalisés
  • Esprit d'analyse et résolution de problèmes
  • Autonomie, sens du delivery et des priorités
  • Bon niveau de communication en français et/ou anglais

Expériences requises :

  • Minimum 2 à 3 ans d'expérience en développement logiciel
  • Expérience sur des projets complets, de la conception à la mise en production
