Yourresponsibilities:
- Define and implement strategies to improve product robustness in an electrochemical environment
- Prioritize and manage transversal projects addressing reliability challenges
- Lead a technician, with the possibility to expand the team based on team outcomes and organizational needs
- Provide clear visibility on progress outcomes
- Collaborate with various departments and more specifically with continuous improvement team to resolve robustness-related issues
Your profile:
- You hold a Master's degree in Chemistry or an equivalent degree (Engineering, Materials
- Science, Master's in Physics)
- You are fluent in French and English
- You have people management skills
- You are able to communicate well with people at all levels
- You enjoy working in a team
- You are willing to acquire specific technical knowledge
We offer a permanent contract based on a full-time presence as well as good salary conditions in an international environment.
