Your Role

We are looking for a talented
Robotics Engineer
to develop and optimise robotic processes for our GRAM technology. You will play a key role in programming industrial robots, improving process reliability, and supporting innovation in advanced composite manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Programme industrial robots for endless filament winding processes.
• Calibrate and optimise robot trajectories and process parameters.
• Improve manufacturing process reliability and efficiency.
• Categorise and document winding rules for standardisation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate robotic solutions into production.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Your Profile

• Master's degree in Robotics and/or Automation.
• First experience as a Robotics Engineer in a process industry environment.
• Hands-on experience with robot trajectory management in industrial processes.
• High programming skills (Python)
• Experience with
  ABB robots
  is considered an asset
• Knowledge of RHINO and GRASSHOPER is an asset
• Strong team player, able to work under pressure.
• Practical approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills; organised and methodical.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); French or German is an advantage.
