MissionVotre rôle consiste à développer une véritable Business Unit Talent Acquisition au sein de RH Lab., en alliant vision stratégique, excellence opérationnelle et développement commercial.
Vos responsabilités principales
1. Structurer et moderniser l'activité Talent Acquisition
- Optimisation des process, méthodes et rituels.
- Finalisation et déploiement du nouvel ATS Skeeled.
- Intégration des approches IA, automatisation et data.
- Mise en place de standards élevés en matière d'expérience candidat·e et client.
2. Développer une BU performante
- Définition de la vision, organisation et roadmap.
- Constitution d'une équipe de 3 à 5 recruteur·e·s d'ici fin 2026.
- Coaching, montée en compétence et accompagnement du premier collaborateur déjà en poste.
3. Assurer un ancrage opérationnel expert
- Recrutements complets de profils variés, incluant chasse, sourcing et évaluation.
- Conduite d'entretiens téléphoniques et physiques.
- Suivi client, reporting, qualité et conformité.
4. Développer l'activité commercialement
- Gestion et tenue des rendez-vous de prospection et de fidélisation.
- Renforcement du portefeuille et développement de nouvelles missions.
- Contribution au CA et à la croissance de la BU.
5. Piloter la performance
- Définition et suivi des indicateurs.
- Mise en place d'actions correctives.
- Construction d'un modèle fiable, scalable et rentable.
- Expérience confirmée (min. 5 ans) en cabinet de recrutement.
- Maitrise complète du cycle de recrutement et de la chasse.
- Forte organisation, exigence, rigueur et sens du résultat.
- Capacité à structurer, fédérer et faire grandir une équipe.
- Vision intrapreneuriale et appétence pour les outils digitaux / IA.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
