Your role

Are you a people person? Do you know how to spread your enthusiasm about the markets to others? We are looking for someone to:

• Follow the global financial markets and our clients' portfolio
• Assist in regular assessments of the client risk profile and the client preferences
• Support the delivery of proactive investment advice on multi-asset-class portfolios to sophisticated international clients from the UHNW and the HNW segment in line with the UBS House View
• Help to contact clients with market updates and provide them with relevant and timely investment content and recommendations
• Cooperate with Client Advisors and other stakeholders in relation to the bank's investment process

School or university internship agreement is mandatory.

Start date: March 2026

Your team

In this role you will be working in the A&S team together with Active Advisory team, the Advisory Specialist team and the sales management team. Our team provides proactive investment advice based on the UBS investment policy, and support clients in the implementation of appropriate investment products and strategies. We monitor the portfolios on an ongoing basis, execute and report client trades, maintain up-to-date client records and documentation to ensure adherence to agreed investment mandate objectives, compliance requirements and trading procedures.

Your expertise

• a finance-related University degree or currently pursuing one
• some experience or interest in Investment Advisory or Portfolio/Asset Management across all asset classes with a focus on private clients / family offices
• a results-oriented and proactive outgoing personality
• good client relationship skills and an ability to understand client investment needs and objectives
• good command of English
• basic knowledge in all asset classes
• a results-oriented, sales driven and proactive outgoing personality
• careful and self-motivated with good communication skills
• self-directed, proactive and reliable
• good analytical and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Bloomberg would be a plus
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Products is required
