What will you do

  • Be part of an experienced team of professionals and actively manage entities in liquidation (mainly investment funds).
  • Lead a team for all the day-to-day management of the liquidating entities (payment approvals, advance on liquidation, portfolio sales, AML check, cash reconciliation, termination agreements...).
  • Coordinate the whole liquidation process, dealing with the accounting, tax, strategy, valuation and legal aspects.
  • Oversee the preparation of the liquidation procedures, the liquidation accounts and liquidator's reports.
  • Contribute to practice growth and development.
  • Identify new business opportunities and participate in key proposals and presentations for new businesses.
  • Participate in the development and delivery of training programs.
  • Coach and mentor practitioners to their highest potential.

What about you

  • Master or Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 4 or more years of experience in a similar role in an advisory firm or a financial institution. 
  • Proven expertise in accounting and liquidation process.
  • Exhibit effective time management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, develop good relationships with senior management and operate well within a team environment.
  • Ability to communicate and discuss complex topics with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Passionate about coaching junior team members to reach their maximum potential and oversee their work.
  • Business fluency in English; French or German fluency would be considered an asset.
