About the Internship  

The DWS Internship is an opportunity to gain a wide range of practical experience. Individual projects, participation in speaker sessions and networking events will all be part of the internship. Whilst you can expect a high learning curve from our Internship, you will benefit from the support of your managers and mentors along with unparalleled exposure to the world of Asset Management. This internship is an ideal way to determine whether a career in Financial Services & Asset Management meets your personal aspirations.    
 
 

As our Product DWS Intern you will:  

  • Assist in managing the launch and updating processes for investment funds 

  • Support in overseeing the product governance process 

  • Gain extensive insights into the value chain of a global asset manager 

  • Join a stimulating international environment while collaborating with diverse departments, like the CIO office, sales, product specialists, and infrastructure functions

  • Prepare various reportings for SICAV and Management Boards

  • Support our department in the day-today business and collaborate with other divisions

We're looking for:  

  • Student in the field of legal, finance or economics

  • Advanced English & German skills

  • Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills 

  • Innovators, creative thinkers, and collaborators  

  • Team player with a curious mind 

  • Keen interest in financial services; prior experience is not required 

  • Ability to work independently as well as to work in a team

  •  Excellent communication skills

  • You are enrolled in your penultimate or last year of study, or on a gap year in between your Bachelor and Master's degree.

  • You need to be available for 6 months as of 15 th January 2026
