Project Manager / Service Delivery Manager
.

Mission
Vous intégrerez l'équipe de Telkea ICT où vous serez en charge de la gestion de projets d'installation des différentes solutions proposées au catalogue de l'entreprise. Vous assurerez la planification et le suivi des actions en collaboration avec les différents services et départements. Vous reporterez l'état d'avancement vers les différents acteurs.

Vous serez également en charge d'assurer le suivi des services gérés en produisant différents rapports que vous présenterez régulièrement aux clients qui vous seront assignés et pour lesquels vous serez le point de contact privilégié.

Rôle principal

  • Participer et s'engager dans l'élaboration de la conception du projet ou du contrat de services avec les équipes sales et presales
  • Constituer, coordonner et animer l'équipe de réalisation du projet
  • Piloter les différentes phases du projet jusqu'à la recette finale en s'assurant du respect des coûts, des délais et de la qualité (Build)
  • Assurer la tenue des objectifs, la rentabilité des projets et la garantie des niveaux de service contractualisés
  • Identifier les risques éventuels impactant le déroulement du projet et proposer des alternatives
  • Assurer la transition vers les services de support et de mise en exploitation
  • Effectuer le suivi et l'amélioration continue de l'exploitation ainsi que la coordination des contrats/projets qui vous sont affectés (Run)
  • S'assurer de l'impact de tout changement sur le niveau de service, particulièrement sur les engagements de niveau de service et sur les accords opérationnels (interne et sous-traitance)
  • Agir comme partenaire de confiance dans la conduite du projet ou service, tant en interne qu'en externe

Profil recherché
Vous avez une formation d'ingénieur en informatique/télécommunication/électronique, avec une expérience significative dans un poste similaire en infogérance ou chez un intégrateur.

Vous possédez idéalement des certifications de gestion de projet et ITIL et maîtrisez les méthodologies en gestion de projet.

Vous êtes un excellent communicant maîtrisant le français et l'anglais. Les langues allemands et luxembourgeois sont un plus.

  • Une bonne culture générale et technique dans les domaines ICT, Telecom, Cloud, Unified Communication, Multimedia, Sécurité du batiment
  • De la rigueur et êtes polyvalent
  • Des capacités d'organisation et de planification
  • De bonnes capacités relationnelles en travaillant avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires
  • Des capacités d'analyse et rédactionnelles (Mise en place process et reporting)
  • Un esprit d'équipe, le sens de la communication
  • Le respect de la confidentialité
