As a Data & AI Management Consultant within the Digital Impulse team, you will be pivotal in guiding our clients through their AI and data transformation journeys. You will lead strategic initiatives, from defining data governance frameworks and AI operating models to ensuring strict regulatory compliance (GDPR, EU AI Act). Your expertise will bridge complex technical concepts (ML, LLM) with clear business value, driving responsible and effective AI adoption. Your autonomy and willingness to step into operational topics will be key to elevating the overall quality and productivity of our client teams.

What you will do : 

• Strategy & transformation: Define and manage data and AI transformation initiatives across strategy, governance, and delivery streams;
• Value prioritization: Lead functional and technical workshops to identify and prioritise AI and data use cases;
• Governance design: Design and implement data governance frameworks and AI operating models;
• Compliance & ethics: Ensure regulatory compliance with GDPR, EU AI Act, and internal governance standards;
• Business translation: Translate complex ML, LLM, and AI architecture concepts into actionable business language;
• Stakeholder alignment: Bridge business, technical, and compliance stakeholders to ensure responsible AI adoption.

Must-have:

• Academic background: Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics
• Expertise: 5 years of experience in data management, AI governance, or related consulting roles;
• Technical asset: Proven expertise in data architecture, governance models, or AI lifecycle management;
• AI Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI hierarchy including ML, LLMs, agents, and automation platforms;
• Delivery management: Ability to manage multiple workstreams and delivery tracks in complex environments;
• Second specialization: Proven experience in a second specialization such as Project Management, Business Analysis, Testing, Change Enablement, Cybersecurity, UX, Presales, Bid Management, or Advisory;
• Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written)
• Who you are: Strong communicator and stakeholder engagement expert, structured and analytical thinker with a practical execution mindset, reliable, client-oriented, and committed to quality delivery.

Nice-to-have:

• Certifications: Certifications in PMP, PRINCE2, Agile (Product, SAFe or Scrum), or ITIL;
• Sector Experience: Experience working across both private and public sector organisations;
• Data & Project Scope: Familiarity with data reporting tools such as Power BI; Experience leading both infrastructure and application delivery initiatives.
