Why This Role Matters
As the
Lab Team Supervisor
, you will support and guide a team of laboratory technicians in our Applied Physical Metrology lab. You will coordinate daily testing activities, encourage a safe and inclusive work environment, and make sure results are delivered accurately and on time. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing workflows, supporting people, and contributing to continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Lead and schedule daily lab activities.
- Support, coach, and onboard team members.
- Ensure safety, quality, and smooth testing operations.
- Handle material/compound coordination and documentation.
- Collaborate with local engineering and quality partners.
- Manage supplies, equipment needs, and basic operational reporting.
What You'll Bring
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in a technical field, with a Master's degree preferred.
- Experience supervising or coordinating a small technical team.
- Practical understanding of lab or material testing environments.
- Supportive communication style and good organizational skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality.
- Fluent English; French is a plus.
- Valid B driving license.
