This role sits at the intersection of legal operations and business transformation. You will help shape how legal operations are delivered across organization - driving innovation in workflows, compliance processes, and document management systems. Your contributions will enable scalable, compliant and efficient operations that support our growth and goals.



Responsibilities

  • Document legal and compliance processes (incl. systems, data flows) and analyse their performance to identify improvement opportunities
  • Apply systems thinking to identify inefficiencies and propose holistic solutions
  • Contribute to business case development and feasibility assessments
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals
  • Translate legal and regulatory needs into functional specifications and user stories
  • Facilitate workshops and cross-functional sessions to elicit requirements
  • Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user acceptance testing
  • Develop training materials and deliver sessions to business stakeholders
  • Support change management efforts by helping legal teams adopt new tools and workflows, including training and feedback loops
  • Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in business analysis


Qualifications

What You Bring To The Role

  • 4–6 years' experience in business analysis or operational excellence within legal or compliance environments
  • BSc in Business Administration, Law, Computer Science, or related field
  • Certification in Business Analysis (BCS, IIBA) or Process Excellence (LSS) is a plus
  • Familiarity with legal tech platforms (e.g., Appian, document management systems) is a plus
  • Experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex legal requirements into actionable solutions
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
