If you also:

are a graduate of relevant university departments (Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive Engineering or similar),
have experience in the automotive sector (commercial vehicles main and/or supplier industry),
have at least 2 years of professional experience,
have strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills,
have strong communication and representation abilities,
have no restrictions for travel,
can confidently use English in your daily work,

What will you do when you join us?

Ensure effective communication with domestic (and when required, international) authorized services and distributors
Monitor authorized service audits and contribute to improving service performance
Provide technical support to authorized services
Conduct regular visits to authorized services, identify gaps, and support their development
Carry out customer visits to ensure customer satisfaction and respond to customer complaints
Prepare documentation and regular reports
Review and approve warranty claims submitted by authorized services
Analyze technical issues reported by services and customers and follow up on solution processes
Track technological developments and integrate them into business processes

Who Are We?
