Nous recherchons pour entrée immédiate un Expert en Évaluation Immobilière en CDD de 6 mois pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique.
Vous serez responsable de l'évaluation de divers biens immobiliers afin de fournir des rapports précis et détaillés à nos clients.
Missions Principales
- Réaliser des évaluations immobilières pour différents types de biens (résidentiels, commerciaux, industriels).
- Analyser les marchés immobiliers et les tendances du secteur.
- Produire des rapports d'évaluation clairs et précis.
- Collaborer avec les clients pour comprendre leurs besoins et fournir des conseils sur les opportunités d'investissement.
Profil Recherché
- Diplôme en immobilier, en économie ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Expérience significative en évaluation immobilière (minimum 3 ans).
- Notions en droit de l'urbanisme, droit immobilier et de l'environnement.
- Excellentes compétences analytiques et rédactionnelles en langue française.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
