They lead projects thanks to their strong expertise in operational excellence methodologies and frameworks (Planning, cope, Risk, stakeholder communication). They are mentors to our consultants providing guidance and coaching, ensuring that team members are meeting project objectives. Managers support the vision of the company identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, networking with potential clients, participating in proposal development and identifying new service offerings. Managers are often the main point of contact with clients and are responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with them.YOUR ROLE? DRIVE TRANSFORMATION IN THE INVESTMENT FUNDS INDUSTRY.You'll be at the heart of transformation projects for our clients — asset managers, depositary banks, fund administrators, and service providers — combining business expertise, regulatory insight, and change leadership.MORE SPECIFICALLY, YOU WILL:Lead transformation projects (organizational, operational, regulatory, or technological) within the investment funds ecosystem → TRANSFORM & STRUCTUREAnalyze and optimize business processes related to fund investment value chain including, but not limited to, distribution, administration, valuation, and reporting → DIAGNOSE & IMPROVEProvide expertise on Luxembourg and EU regulatory frameworks (UCITS, AIFMD, SFDR, MiFID II, AML/KYC…) → ADVISE & SECURECoordinate stakeholders across business, compliance, and IT, and support change management and adoption of new practices → ALIGN & ENGAGEContribute to business development through proposals, service offerings, and thought leadership that strengthen market positioning → CONTRIBUTE & INFLUENCEBecoming reliable and trustworthy to everyone in the company.
