Notre client, basé à Luxembourg, recherche un(e) Consulting Senior Manager pour piloter, aux côtés d'un associé, la création d'une Business Unit Assurance.
Ce poste stratégique vous permettra de mettre à profit votre expertise en audit, conformité et actuariat afin de transformer et de dynamiser un réseau local innovant.
Responsabilités :
Piloter des missions de conseil à haute valeur ajoutée pour des clients du secteur de l'assurance.
Conduire des projets de transformation en collaboration avec des chefs de projets et analystes, en intégrant des outils dIA.
Mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques Commissariat aux Assurances pour optimiser les processus en rapport avec les réglementations et uses locales et internationales.
Concevoir et déployer des cadres d'audit et des programmes de conformité.
Collaborer avec les équipes actuarielles pour analyser les risques et affiner les modèles de tarification.
Encadrer des consultants et développer des relations solides avec les clients.
Profil recherché :
Expérience significative dans l'assurance en Europe et expertise avérée en conseil, audit, conformité et/ou actuariat.
Connaissance approfondie de l'environnement réglementé de l'assurance.
Excellentes compétences analytiques, de résolution de problèmes et de communication.
Leadership confirmé et capacité à gérer des projets complexes dans un environnement dynamique.
Maîtrise parfaite de l'anglais et du français ; l'allemand représente un atout.
Solide réseau dans le secteur et passion pour l'innovation.
